By signing up as an affiliate partner with Persong.me, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in our Affiliate Program and outline your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which commissions are earned and paid.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. To participate in the Persong.me Affiliate Program, you must register through our affiliate platform and receive approval from our team.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Affiliates earn a 30% commission on each successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
2.2. The commission is calculated based on the final sale price paid by the customer, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable discounts.
2.3. Persong.me reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Commissions are paid via PayPal. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide a valid PayPal email address.
3.2. Payments are processed every two weeks or when the affiliate reaches a minimum payout threshold of $50.
3.3. Any fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or invalid sales will result in commission cancellation and possible removal from the program.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Persong.me in a lawful and ethical manner.
4.2. The use of misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing tactics is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Affiliates must not bid on Persong.me-related keywords in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) or engage in domain squatting.
4.4. Affiliates may not claim to represent Persong.me in any way beyond promoting the affiliate program.
5. Termination & Modification
5.1. Persong.me reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, policy violations, or any actions that harm our brand reputation.
5.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us via email.
5.3. Persong.me reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. In the event of program termination, any outstanding commissions will still be paid as long as they are earned legitimately.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Persong.me shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
6.2. We do not guarantee any level of income or success for affiliates. The success of your affiliate marketing efforts depends on various external factors beyond our control.
